REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
We only allow cancellation if the product is not taken to production yet. However orders placed during the COVID-19 Period, cannot be cancelled.
If the order is shipped out, we will unfortunately not be able to cancel your order.
If you have received the product in a damaged, broken, defective or not usable condition, you can contact our customer support via email at email@example.com or on call on +919585454843. You will have to email us proof of the product condition in the form of images or videos. Once approved, the product will be replaced for free. Our products are customised on order, and the replacement will be shipped in 1-3 days.
We only accept return if you have received the product in a damaged, broken, defective or not usable condition. Once approved, we will send the replacement of the same product in 1-3 days.
If product is unavailable or shipped incorrectly, the refund will be processed from our end within 1 business day from the time the returned shipment is received by us. The refunded payment will show up in your payment method in anywhere from 3-5 business days.
